I wrote, directed, and produced this project with a small crew of just six people. Partway through, we faced an unexpected challenge when we had to replace the cast last minute. We managed to find new actors and get them rehearsed—all within 24 hours of filming. It was a tough situation, but the team pulled together and made it work, and it ended up being one of the most rewarding parts of the project.
